OliviaI love 3CE for a reason!September 26, 2021I love 3CE. This is another of their many quality products. Their eyebrow mascara lasts a long time and can change up your look and eyebrow color. I use it carefully when I'm in a hurry. It's easy to clean if you mess up on your eyebrows, which is rare for me when using this product, surprisingly. Also good for keeping any stray hairs down once it dries.

The size of the brush makes it easy to distribute product and brush through the hairs without getting pigment all over the place. As someone who likes fluffy natural brows, this is perfecto.
