Melanie BoydFavorite lip pencilJanuary 29, 2022I’ve owned many a lip pencil and this one is my favorite so far. The formula isn’t drying at all and there’s a pleasant feel to wearing it. The color WILL wipe off but it’s fairly smudge resistant while eating, it’s a nice balance.
I purchased three colors and hope they make more pencils like these in the future! -
