    No white cast for me*
    October 11, 2020
I am brown/olive skin. Finding a proper no white cast sunscreen is super hard. This is not perfectly no white cast, but for it is lot satisfying. I am happy with the soothing ingredients in this products. Very beautiful tube.

the best sunscreen I have ever used
    September 24, 2020
This is the best sunscreen I have ever used. it didn’t break me out, it leaves my skin feeling really smooth. it doesn’t have a crazy white cast. it has niacinamide in it which I love and it also has calendular and green tea extract. it is amazing for my oily acne prone skin I couldn’t recommend it enough.

    Still loving it
    September 12, 2020
I still stand behind what I said in my initial review but just wanted to add some new details. I recently started using the inkey list snow mushroom moisturizer followed by the Axis y spf and I noticed there is not even a trace of white cast left on my skin. The two work really well together.
    Very good

I've been using this product for over two weeks now and I like it more and more every day. It's light and easy to apply. Sinks in well to a semi mat finish. It does leave a bit of white cast if you use too much especially around your brows and hair line but with a bit of rubbing it will disappear. I don't mind that as it's a great product overall. It doesn't break me out and wears beautifully under makeup. I already have another tube waiting. Highly recommend.

    minimal white cast
    August 31, 2020
I like this sunscreen a lot. It has the smallest white cast of all that I tried, is not drying and leaves natural semi matte finish. It is frangrance and alcohol free- love it! My only concern is, that it might be clogging my pores, but with a bha toner it goes away the next day, so for normal to dry skin this will be perfect, oily skin might take some time adjusting to it.

    my new holy grail
    August 17, 2020
When i look for a sunscreen, it is purely on the basis of sun protection. I am not after added benefits like hydration or antioxidants. Thus why i love this product. It is the only mineral sunscreen ive tried with such high protection that does not leave a white cast. For reference, im a mac nc44 or nars Syracuse/tahoe. I also have combo/oily skin, so this sunscreen doesn’t feel drying like the other reviews say. After purchasing the purito comfy water sun block, i lost all hope for mineral sunscreen because that one was meant to be cast free. So imagine my suprise when i rubbed this sunscreen in and I wasn’t looking like a ghost; I honestly jumped for joy. I haven’t as of yet experienced any pilling with this, but i feel if you over rub, it will. So, I would say work in session and work quickly, even though I didn’t. Overall this product gets a big thumbs up from me. Oh and it contains no alcohol; bonus ☺️. I will wait for a sale to stock up on this because its not the cheapest but for me it’s worth it.

Good ingredients, not so good feel/finish
    August 7, 2020
I've tried a ton of mineral based SPFs out there and for the majority of them I sort of like them, sort of don't--this one is no different. I've yet to find that perfect, easy to apply and wear mineral spf out there. This one is very similar to A'pieu's Madecassorside Sun Cream SPF 39 in terms of texture, except this one by AXIS has less whitecast (probably non existent if you're a lighter skin tone). I wanted this one to be a moisturizing cream and though the texture gives off this impression, when you rub it in it becomes a very thin dry cream, if that makes sense. Oily, fair skin types may like this, but it doesn't work as well as I want it to for my dry skin. I feel like because it is so thin and lacking moisture, it tends to peel when rubbed in. So this might be someone's holy grail SPF, but it definitely isn't mine. I'd look elsewhere for a physical sun cream if moisture and a dewy finish are important to you.

    no white cast, slightly drying
    July 29, 2020
I was incredibly impressed with the texture/spreadability of this sunscreen and how well it blends out. on my skin tone it left no whiteness, and although I'm not the palest I'm still not sure I'd want to guarantee it to leave 0 white cast on dark skin tones - tho it'll definitely be better than most mineral sunscreen

in the summer I tend to skip cream in the morning but this is slightly drying so I have to wear a cream under it. I don't mind that, but it's worth being aware that it isn't moisturising at all the way a lot of chemical sunscreens are
