Cap Station - Hat with Face Shield

Purchased this for my Mom due to the pandemic. She said this paired with her mask made her feel much safer going out to run errands. She even had a few ladies stop her to ask where she got it from.

I got this and never wore it because I'm a homebody but it was nice to just have. I will say be careful about the fit. Also, The screen part was a bit dirty and needed to be cleaned . It was any easy fix and clean though.

The best protection during Covid times. I've gotten so many compliments when wearing this. I wear a mask under, it's hard to see when wearing this so be careful. Do not wear while driving and watch your step

its good protection for every day activity (like shopping etc) combined with surgical mask. its also prevents you from touching your face

Brought this when covid was at its peak it works well but is a little hard to see with.

It is of good quality and great for protection for circumstances we are under now. Though the shield is a little cloudy..

The hat is good quality and it appears to be reversible so you can choose to wear the black side or the white side. I prefer the black side. The plastic visor is nice and long but a little flimsy. I did expect it to have more of a hard shape like a shield but it’s plastic so it folds. I’m not going to try to use a hair dryer because I’m afraid I’ll ruin it. You can still see through it. So for the most part I’m happy with it and I intend to use it. But know that the shield you get with the hat is not hard like plastic it is flimsy and foldable. However maybe flimsy is not a good word because it appears to provide the protection I would need along with a facemask. So I will say it’s a good product but don’t expect a hard clear shield. It is foldable plastic. I do recommend it though and I think it will take care of my needs.

Like other reviews here, I also think the plastic part is not like the picture. It is not hard, but a sort of flexible plastic so it doesn't really keep its shape. I'm hoping over time it will get better by storing it unfolded. It is slightly difficult to see through the plastic, but I guess it does the job. I ordered it just to try, but haven't worn it out yet. It's better than nothing but you should still wear a mask!

Ordered 3 for the family. It shipped out within a week, which was faster than the face masks I ordered 3 weeks ago..... still waiting on those. It does what it is supposed to but the vinyl shield came so wrinkled that it is hard to see through. I took a blow dryer to it, on low setting, to smooth it out but it is still wrinkly. I was not expecting a miracle shield defender but it's functionality is very limited. Utilizing it with a face mask, the shield gets fogged up and it gets even harder to see. On the plus side, it seems that you can flip the hat inside out and wear it white.

I really like the bucket hat. But I hate the flimsy plastic shield that’s attached to it. When you wear it, it easily fogs up and has moisture build up while breathing. It also is very difficult to see out of. Since the plastic is flimsy, it shifts a lot, and your vision is distorted while trying to see through it. Again, I do not recommend this product.

This was too small and the visor material was creasy to the point there is low visibility. It is not good protection as anything could get in from underneath.
