Tiffany Nguyenonly eyeliner that doesn’t smudgeFebruary 13, 2024i have oily eyelids and no matter which eyeliner i use, i always end up with panda eyes. i wore this out on several occasions and it didn’t smudge! granted, the pigment doesn’t stay black black at the end of the day but it’s still really pigmented. the only concern is that it isn’t waterproof. i had one drop of water land on the eyeliner and it disintegrated quickly but overall would recommend !
