I have sensitive teeth btw. It really helps "strengthen" your teeth. Can't really talk about the whitening part, but overall my teeth look much cleaner.
This was the first time for me using the "xtra mint" version, i normally usw the original one which has a mild mint taste.
The "xtra mint" one is still mild compared to minty toothpastes from Europe. -
