PDGentle and Effective Vitamin C SerumMarch 2, 2025It's a great formulation that absorbs well into the skin. Even though my skin usually gets irritated by pure vitamin C products, this ascorbic acid derivative is mild enough to be well tolerated. This may also be thanks to the beta-glucan, allantoin, panthenol, and squalane, which are known for their soothing properties. The serum also contains peptides, which, along with the vitamin C, help boost collagen production. As with all APLB products, the price is excellent, too. The only downside I can think of is that the product is quite thin and tends to drip off the pipette before you can lift it to your face. To avoid spilling, you’ll need to lift the whole bottle.
