EllieSAND over physical sunscreensJanuary 31, 2024Clio Kill Cover is my favorite foundation brand for its high quality microfine pigments, skin like shades, lasting wear and added sun protection. I use several versions of their cushions and also love their liquid foundations with SPF. The darkest shade is always sold out until I finally snagged this one in SAND. I usually wear Glow Fitting (which doesn't require touch up either) but this Fixer version was all I could get in the darkest shade, Sand. I normally wear 21/Linen in Autumn and Winter, and 23 (Ginger) in Spring and Summer over chemical or combination sunscreens. I bought this --their darkest shade-- to wear over 100% physical sunscreens to compensate for the whitening cast. "Sand" works perfectly for this purpose, and now I can wear photostable physical sunscreen.

It is to pale for me but what I did is add a few drops of my foundation that was to dark and it balanced well!
- it covers my red spots and acne scarring
- smells good & REFILL!?

Rachwill repurchaseDecember 31, 2023this is my first ever foundation and i was honestly scared that the shade wouldn't match since i was ordering online (i got 05 sand) but this is literally my perfect match and it's sooooo good!! it also feels really nice on your skin and it has amazing coverage :) it totally covers up my redness and acne scars so i love it so much!! the only issue is that the darkest shade is so hard to find bc most places only sell 03 and 04🥲 i will def get this again when i run out tho
