Peaceonly tried onceOctober 18, 2023I bought this only once so that is not enough time to know if it will work or not. but I watched some TikTok’s saying if you want it to be effective really fast or work better, take it together with this brand’s vitamin c. I’ve not tried this yet to know if it makes any difference with vitamin c but I’ll try it in the future. also it you want something like this to work, you have to keep on taking it for a long period of time!!

cloudberryStill unsure, but will continue using itJuly 31, 2023I know that adlay/coix seed is supposed to be good for the skin, so I thought to try this out.... I finished the full 20 days of taking the supplement without missing a day, and I'm not sure if I noticed any particular effects on my skin. I'm not sure if this is something that should be taken for a longer period of time to show results, as is the case with many skin supplements, but honestly I didn't see any major or noticeable improvement. Perhaps my skin just doesn't react strongly to adlay internally (externally, it does help).
Still, I have already bought a second package of this to continue with it. When it arrives I'll continue taking it, and I'll try to come back here to update with the progress, to see if there have been more changes in my skin by then.
I'm still giving it 5 stars even though I'm unsure of it, because it certainly doesn't seem to harm my skin or body and the price is reasonable. If anyone wants to try this supplement, this particular product is a good way to try it since it isn't too expensive. -
Seong JoJi222Gutted it’s out of stock!July 18, 2023this coix seed supplement really works. brightened my skin and within first week of use it did gave me a light skin peeling. This side effect just proves this supplement works as Adlay does that to reveal newer skin.
