DHC - Astaxanthin

My skin feels smoother. I would expect it to help prevent skin aging. Might have helped reduce some blemishes (can't really tell after just 20 days).

Aside from the other benefits this supplement is supposed to have, astaxanthin is supposed to be beneficial to the skin... there was a skincare serum a few years ago that hyped up this ingredient a lot (and overpriced it too), but I think this simple and reasonably priced supplement helped more than that topical serum did.
I don't think I saw any major changes in my skin after taking the full 20 days of this, but I don't think it had any negative effects, either. I expect that noticeable results will appear after an extended period of time of taking this (such as, perhaps after 2-3 months, where you will need several packets of this).
As another reviewer has said, this supplement is supposed to be helpful for the eyes... I did not see an improvement in my vision personally, but again, it may take some time before those benefits appear. If I am able to catch this on sale again, I may purchase another packet or two. I don't think it's a very common supplement, so it's nice that YesStyle has it available to order.

I bought it because I heard that it is good for the eyes and ciliary muscles. After about two weeks, I noticed that my vision was clearer. I think I'll buy it regularly.
