cloudberrygreatJuly 12, 2023I've tried another brand of chitosan, and I feel that this one works much better for me for some reason. With the other brand, I didn't feel or see a difference, but this one feels more effective. It may be because I'm taking it along with another supplement (carnitine), but I was surprised to see my weight go down a little, even after just a few days. Please note that I exercise every day and maintain a healthy diet! I wasn't seeing a difference before even with diet and exercise, but now with these added supplements I'm surprised there is a change now. These aren't expensive so I took a chance on them, and I'm glad they seem to work for me. I'll continue to purchase these.
