J’ai bien aimé ce produit bien qu’il ne fasse pas un effet spectaculaire, il me redonnait de l’énergie tout de même !
Pour les cours en amphi, c’était top ! Ayant de sévère insomnies avec ce produit je me sentais moins fatigué ☺️
Sur tout ce qui est le reste, je pense qu’il faut soit l’utiliser minimum trois mois afin d’avoir un résultat et il ne faut pas oublier que chaque personne est différente donc les effets et la fonctionnalité du produit dépend de chacun !

thanks to these vitamins I have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I have not changed my diet or my activity. this work really good and I also sleep amazing! you have to get these.

So I have insomnia and normally I have troubled falling asleep and staying asleep. I also cannot sleep more than 5h a night. Normally I wake up after 3-5h of sleep because apparently I am done sleeping once I wake up. Now last night I took one pill, precautions to see how my body reacts to it, and I can see that my tummy is not bloated any more. Which ofc makes you look like you lost weight too. And I slept a solid 7h through. I really feel the same with waking up because I never really feel tired. I always wake up fit. But just the fact I didn't have to twist all night to fall asleep and I fell asleep in like under 20min! I am amazed. Now I've counted the pills and there were 63 in it. I am trying to lose weight so I'll take 3 pills every night to see if I lose weight without major changes in my diet. I do have to note that I always eat like as if I'm fasting. I normally have a 9h eating time and 15h where i consume nothing but tea and water. I do want to workout along with it just to stay fit. So I'll update once they are empty.

Also I find the bottle way too big for the little amount of pills inside. I'd prefer the case to be smaller with the same amount of pills to reduce the plastic waste. in the picture where you can see my thumb, is exactly where the pills stop

My boyfriend told me that he can't believe how well the pills work. I tend to wake up several times at night when he get's close or if he sits up to use the restroom. He told me that he walked next to my side of my bed, could sit there and i didn't even flinch of anything. He also said it takes less than 15min before i'm alseep even if i go to bed at 10pm. He is used that I never fall asleep before 1am so it definitely helps me with sleeping

so i have been working out a lot and didn't change my diet. I lost a like 2kg but that doesn't have to be because of the pills. HOWEVER I keep sleeping so well and two pills a night help me sleep through and I will keep purchasing it for the best sleep I ever had in my life!

i still havent used it I'll probs update later to see if it does anything but I can tell you that the smell is terrible it smells very artificial

i havent noticed any weight loss so far but i'm still taking them, they have no side effects but i cant really tell if they made me feel calmer of if its my days off work. but really cute bottle and they must be popular for a reason

With a healthy diet it absolutely helps already lost a bit of weight but i changed the dosis when i eat more 2 pills and if i ate less then only one cause there isnt so much pills in it. But it definitely helps☺️

J'ai ressenti un réel effet anti stress au moment du coucher grâce à ce complément. Habituellement j'ai de réelles difficultés à m'endormir, et avec ce complément j'ai vraiment eu l'impression que le sommeil arrivait plus vite.

I take this consistently now. I am not sure it has an effect other than not feeling bloated as much hte next day. I usually take it with my nightly meds, I haven't noticed any grogginess, in fact i reckon it's less.

After reading other reviews, I decided to buy them since I had trouble sleeping. These pills help. I have been taking them for some weeks now. I cannot really say something about weight loss since I do a lot of sport where I need muscles but my body definitely feels more healthy because of the other nutrients in the pills.

not sure about side effects. took them for a while and had some physically issuses during that time. but digestion was good. better sleeping? not really. i think this depends on each person individually

it was okay I didn’t see a lot of change tho. I used it for about 5 months and it wasn’t so worth it

This product mainly helped me sleep better. Did not seem to have any influence on weight. The dosage is 3 pills per night so you go through them fast.
