Korean SkincareGreat Eyebrow Pencils!March 30, 2023This is more like brow pomade in pencils! doesn’t smudge stays all day and great price as well. I will repurchase for sure. if you someone who likes fuller eyebrow look this is for you, but I personally don’t use it everyday, I like to switched for more natural eyebrow pencils for some the other day.

blackandwhiteluck...It actually is sticky!July 8, 2022It’s tacky, not as much as a glue stick, but enough to hold my brow hairs. The tail of my eyebrows grow in all directions, and this works great to stick them in place. The pencil is softer than I prefer for an eyebrow pencil, so I just use it on my tail, and then use a waxier pencil to draw in the hairs.
