ONE THING - Cica Ceramide Cream

honestly I have been wanting to try this cream ever since I found out about it - I mean, what do you mean a light moisturizer with ceramide and fermented centella? additionally, the brand markets this one as a lightweight barrier cream for all four seasons, and although the launch has been delayed overseas, I have seen quite a few positive reactions in Korea as I was researching prior to purchasing. as of now, my first impression is very good: the cream is really a lightweight cream, only the ever so slight water-burst effect prevents it from being a fully silky-cream type moisturizer. but what is most wonderful about this is its finish - it leaves my normal skin soft, but without any tacky residue, and it sinks in fast and well. although I still have to try it in winter, the enriching yet light finish this has makes me be able to imagine it working all year. I will update on that though! so far I can definitely recommend it 🥰

For a long-term review, I would like to mention first that I have used this cream consistently (AM/PM) since late October last year and it doesn't seem to be running out anytime soon, at least not until in a month I reckon. Also, not only does this cream contain fatty acids, but you can also find in the Korean ingredients list on the box that it contains 1200ppm of ceramide np, which is rather much. (the only thing for it to be the perfect barrier cream by incis would be cholesterol, wink wink)

The texture I would describe as a creamier, but lightweight and easily-spreadable gel cream which offers a considerable amount of nourishment. A little bit goes a long way, gives a little bit of a cooling sensation and settles to a non-sticky finish. For me, it is light enough for the summer (humid 25°C - 32°C) and nourishing enough for the winter (dry -2°C - 5°C) and I feel like it has made my skin become more resilient over time as well, although I unfortunately didn't experience any immediate soothing - but to be fair, that is not what I am primarily expecting of a moisturizer.

Overall I am really enjoying this cream, and I find it a pity Yesstyle isn't shipping it to Germany anymore ;')

if it wasn’t on the expensive side, I would buy it on the regular. perfect for dry skin! ceramides and oils it has are doing it’s job! waiting till it has a promo again 😀

Ottima crema, leggera anche per me che ho la pelle mista, ma al tempo stesso idratante, perché resta a lungo sul viso prima di asciugarsi, infatti la preferisco come crema notte. Bellissimo anche il packaging minimal.

Not sure about how the peptides effects on to the skin but overall it’s hydrating and I pair it with retinol.

light and absorbs in an instant. I love this but is quite pricey for the size.

It is fine an d lightweight. Somedays that are extra hot and humid leaves a bit oiliness but otherwise it’s ok. I wasn’t mind blown and I wanted it a little more hydrating, especially the nights that I use it on top of retinal serum to “lock in” moisture.

i’ve been using it for a few days so i can’t say much. but i can say i enjoy using it and i always look for to use this. it’s very lightweight and makes your skin like hydrated from within with no sticky feeling.
