I have combination skin and typically apply 2-3 layers of this toner before moisturizer, and sometimes I skip moisturizer altogether because the toner is sufficient. It doesn't affect makeup and has never caused breakouts. Among all the toners I've tried, this one has been the most user-friendly.

It definitely works as my skin has become smoother, more moisturized and firm. Still have some pimples but less then before. I apply it directly on skin without pads, its watery texture is not very convenient for this method but got used to it. Will buy again.
