It provides just the right amount of exfoliation without making my skin red and tight. It makes my skin feel super nice the morning after and betters my complexion. I like using this every other day just to not damagae my skin barrier as much, but it’s pretty gentle so I’m sure it’s okay for every day use. it has a peppermint scent which I’m not bothered by but it may be something others want to look out for.
