LorenaInstaNatural - Retinol SerumSeptember 22, 2021This retinol serum is gentle on skin and hasn't caused my skin to flake/dry/irritate. It has helped regulate my sebum production (T zone) and refined the appearance of my pores and fine lines around my eyes. It is also fading my acne marks. I use it every other day, and I follow up with vitamin C cream. It has not irritated my skin (but I don't have sensitive skin). It comes in an opaque bottle to prevent the product from deactivating or going bad. It also says on the bottle which other actives are safe to go with it. I put on the serum after washing and applying a toner at night. You don't have to use a lot, a couple of drops is enough to cover your whole face. The serum is very light and the smell is nice and subtle. I also like that it doesn't leave any marks on my face (although the serum itself is light orange).
With stuff like this, it is hard to track progress right away but over the years, I've noticed that my skin "glows" (hard to explain but you will know what i mean as soon as you put the serum on), it is more uniform, and i even think it's smoother. Friends and family have told me this as well, so I know I am not the only one who notices the difference.
The price of this product is also a selling point. Before I purchased this product, I was looking around for other similar products, but opted for this one based on reviews and price.
Overall, I recommend this product if you don't want to spend too much money and are not expecting miracles. Be consistent and you will see results. -
Abigail TearAmazing!!!September 23, 2019I've recently added this to serum to my night time routine alongside a gentle glycolic acid toner, and the results are already unbelievable! I've only used it three times over two weeks, and already my skin is much firmer, smoother, my hormonal acne has vanished, and old acne scars (including some dark, cystic ones) are massively reduced and on their way to being gone. I'd recommend this to anyone with oily, blemished skin that's prone to scarring.

mIt works...May 7, 2019...and does it quite well. It is orange-y smelled (and colored!) runny serum, so it lasts pretty long. The actual content of retinol is not provided but definitely isn’t low: the serum is quite strong and therefore rough. Besides retinol it also contains vitamin C and - oddio! - niacinamide, what a happy coincidence. So, use it nightly 2 or 3 times a week, cover with moisturizer and don’t forget SPF. And let the magic begin.
