koAmazing for hormonal acneApril 18, 2024I saw a review on another AHA toner saying it really helped keep their hormonal jawline/chin acne at bay, which is my biggest issue right now. I didn’t like the particular brand they were reviewing, but I found this Isntree chestnut AHA essence when looking for an alternative. It is super mild, at first I wasn’t sure it was doing anything. I use it twice a day after toner in the morning and before serums at night, it’s so mild I even use it before adapalene or retinol with no irritation. I use it sparingly, one pump on my problem areas (chin/jawline, temples). Since I’ve been using this I haven’t had a single new pimple! Time of the month rolled around and I usually get one or two pimples, usually the deep cystic type, but this time around I didn’t get a single one! Will repurchase for sure!

Solay Chenit works!March 30, 2024Ive been trying to find something with salicylic acid to add to my routine but i found that alot of other products i bought tended to be too harsh for me and leave my skin feeling stripped and a bit irritated. Ive used this product for a while a few times a week and i can def see improvements in my skin without my skin feeling stripped at all (i have combination skin). i would say the immediate effects are that it helps remove flaky dead skin, it removed alot of my skin bumps and black spots in my nose pretty quickly after a few uses, and the long term effects are that its slowly started to improve my skin texture and brighten my skin over time. Would definitely recommend!!

I bought this for my travel bag, and used it daily in the morning for 2 weeks while in Sri Lanka (tropical humid climate)
this was perfect for daily use, did not feel heavy, it's so light and soothing, enjoved it and it will become a travel companion for sure.
For ref: I'm 45 years old, mature combo/dry skin. I say dry because I'm fully retinized from many years of Tretinoin usage so sometimes I can have a little barely noticeable flaky patches on chin or around nose.
