MExcellent!September 27, 2022I alternate using this and the Heimish: All Clean Balm. To remove makeup: I first apply a waterproof makeup remover on cotton for my eyes, then the JTC balm all over my face. Then I double-cleanse with the COSRX: Good Morning Cleanser. I find that this removes my makeup more effectively than the Heimish balm. Maybe it’s because of the citrus ingredients. It seems to dissolve makeup faster and leaves a “squeaky clean” feeling after, which I really love. One application is enough. With the Heimish balm, I triple cleanse (Heimish x2 applications, then COSRX: GM Cleanser).
However, during makeup-free days, I double cleanse at night using the Heimish balm and the COSRX: GM Cleanser. Love both balms because they both suit my needs. However, if I only had to choose only one, I’d choose this. The Heimish packaging is better, though, because the spoon has its own separate compartment (so clever!). Happy to have both! -
