HelenaLoved it!July 2, 2023I bought the sholder bean pillow from the same brand earlier and wanted to try out this for my period pain. I was suprised how well it worked!
In about ten minutes the pain had gone but I kept the pillow on for the next hour at least for the heat to ease the continuing cramps that cause the uncomfrotable feeling of pain.
Just as a reference my period pain is uncomfortable and painful but I am able to consentrate on other things and walking and exercise are possible (I know for some the pain is so strong that that is not possible). So I would reccomend this to those who have modorate but not extreme period pain. -

I really love it from the first moment. I can heat it easily, and it keeps the heat for around half an hour. The pillow is made by guality materials. The soft side of the pillow is great. I can recommend the Kiribai product for everyone who loves the heating products. <3
