Bien penser à les coller SUR le vêtements et non pas directement sur la peau car l'adhésif est très fort et risquerait de vous arracher la peau. La chaleur dure vraiment longtemps, plusieurs heures durant. Je ne m'en passe plus!

They absolutely love this kind of heat patch! They are both over 60 and swear by these things to aleviate body aches.
