LiPigmentedMarch 6, 2021The pencil is very pigmented and long lasting. With my hooded eyes, it is very common to have my eyeliner smudged at the end of the day. However, with this product I don't have this problem anymore!

This eyeliner however glides on pretty smoothly and doesn’t smear. I wore this eyeliner on my water line and it lasted me the whole day until I washed it off.

rachelPictureSeptember 4, 2020I used the Dolly Wink pencil in brown in combination with the Dolly Wink pen eyeliner in brown in this picture. Love them both! They're both a very deep shade of brown and look almost black.

San CiaoDoes NOT smudgeJuly 26, 2020this is amazing pencil eye liner that doesn't smudge at all. I have tried so many different kinds of eyeliners in different brands, this one is the best. It stays all day, even in a hot humid weather, it doesn't smudge. I need to clean twice or 3 times with cotton pad when using micelle solution to remove it, but it can be removed completely when use the 'oil/water' 2 layers type of eye makeup remover. Few years back, Dolly Wink has made special edition of the pencil eye liner in purple color, I stocked up 4 pcs and enjoy using them. Hope they will make the same purple soon.
