LOCA toner not a lotion. There's alcohol in it.August 7, 2019So this product is call refining lotion on the packaging but it's actually a refining toner. It's very watery and you're supposed to use it after cleansing. The way I use this product on my oily acne-prone skin is after I double-cleanse, I pour this toner onto a cotton pad and gently swipe it all over my face. My skin definitely look more refine and even tone after this step. Then I apply my Adapalene gel and let it soak into my skin following that up with a moisturizer to seal everything in. And that's it. My whole routine. It works for me. This toner definitely have alcohol in it because I can smell it. So if you don't like alcohol in your toner, avoid this. Also the product web page description said this toner is 230 ml when it is actually 140 ml. The packaging is beautiful. Looks very elegant and luxurious. I will continue to use this because it really help clearing out all the acne on my face when use in conjunction with my other products. It's also pricey but worth it.
