It's gentle, it's moisturizing, it takes off all the impurities, it's a tiny bit mousse-like, turns white and gently foams a bit when mixed with water on the face. I hope they never stop making this, it's been so perfect for my skin. I feel clean and glowing, have not broken out after using this for a year.
