- This adjustable band comes with a silicone mid-section and a Velcro closure.
- Band firms the jawline and promotes lymph drainage by massaging the 10-point pressure nodules on the band.
- For best results, apply the Lifting Program Mask and follow with the Lifting Program Band.
How to Use:
- Wrap the band around your chin, making sure the side with the 10-point pressure nodules is touching your skin.
- Pull ears through the ear holes.
- Adjust the Velcro strap to fit the band snugly around your head.
- Gently apply pressure on the 10-point pressure nodules to massage your skin.
- Massage for 10-20 minutes. Remove the band.

bo.mi.bbit actually worksApril 19, 2024need to be consistent with it, at least 4 times a week for 15-20 at a time. don’t put it in too tightly. it makes the chin really look smaller esp if you have a “double chin” or extra fat .

The more i use it the more i need to adjust the size which for me means that it works!After 2 weeksApril 12, 2023i've been using it for 2 weeks now i can tell the huge difference. I have it on for 30 min a day while i'm doing something and i've had progressively had to adjust the size of it, now it's on the smallest settings which i think it's a good sign of it actually working.
