zeinebVery good as a mineral sunscreenMarch 16, 2024Welcome to the first comment for this sunscreen ! To give you a small insight, I bought this sunscreen out of pure curiosity. I was already looking for a mineral/physical sunscreen so I found this and it’s pretty affordable compared to many other ones. So here is what I think , let’s start with the bad part : 1- The lavender smell is not my cup of tea, I know this would be a personal preferance depending on what you like and how well does your skin tolerates essential oils so bare this in mind , the smell is THERE ! 2- You need to double cleanse , it’s not easy to remove it with one cleanser ( like every mineral sunscreen that i’ve tested before ) 3- Don’t buy it if your skin is deeper then light beige, the white cast is very noticeable. But I must give it the credit for other points too , and for me I find the outweighting the bad points : 1- The white cast fades by time and blends with your skin to a certain extent. This really depends on your skin tone. 2- Relatively easy to spread, defenitely harder than the chemical sunscreens but usually mineral sunscreens are hard to spread and feel very pasty . 3- Price point on point. I have tested a mineral sunscreen before with double the price and I would absolutely choose this one. So , overall , it feels like a typical mineral sunscreen but better. I find it a very good suggestion for a mineral sunscreen.
