the texture is so interesting! I’ve used it twice as an overnight mask and I like it so far. it kind of leaves a moisture film on the skin so you stay hydrated all night

I bought this basically because the other reviews' descriptions of the texture intrigued me—and they were right! This is a strange jelly-esque non-Newtonian fluid as it sits on the tub, so you scoop it out in what I can elegantly describe as a "chunk". Then it quickly melts into a liquid once applied to your face. I put this on as a last moisturizing step in my routine and I feel like my skin is better hydrated and fuller now :)

I love Hada Labo brand. I have been using this brand while living in Japan. This gel goes on smooth and does not feel sticky on my skin. I have sensitive skin and this does not irritate or cause break outs.

Ce soin n'est pas un gel, c'est une gelée ! Lorsqu'on la prélève, elle se tient très bien, puis elle fond lorsqu'on l'applique. J'ai tendance à trop en prélever du coup, ce qui me fait dire que ce soin est très économique puisqu'on en a besoin de très peu !
J'ai choisi ce soin pour l'été le matin, en remplacement des 3 produits habituels des routines Hada Labo (lotion / emulsion / crème). Le but étant de limiter le nombre de couches en cas de chaleur.
Pour l'instant je suis vraiment contente du ressenti et ma peau se porte très bien !

This is a great product. I use it as a mask or a night cream. It has a light jelly structure and my sking is seemingly more moist, fresh and plump the next day! I keep on buying it whenever it's on sale, because I have a feeling we are ment to be together.

Très belle découverte. D’habitude je n’aime pas trop les textures gel mais là ma peau sèche et mature et sensible l’adore le matin avant mon solaire et je ne m’attendais pas à ce très bon resultat.

My mom and sister swear by this. I have ordered several of this because of how good it is. If you need a little lift or just want to even your skin before using make up this would do the trick. Though I highly recommend this for mature skin because it truly does give the lifting effect and it's odorless.

I love this product for my combo skin! It is soothing and moisturizes without feeling greasy. I use this as the last step at night and wake up with brighter smoother skin.

As everyone mentions, this product has the consistency of a little tub of jello! I have primarily used it as the last step in my routine to give my skin an extra boost of hydration. I use it on top of a lightweight moisturizer. It gives your skin this very smooth, glowing look, but one thats not greasy or sticky. The first time I tried this product I used way too much and it was like a layer of jello on my face that wouldn't really absorb. Now that I've figure out the correct amount (you barely need any like a pea size) it has been working out really well. Not the most necessary product out there, there are PLENTY of good moisturizers on the market. That being said, it is a great moisturizer that really focuses on using multiple kinds of hyaluronic acid, and the consistency is novel and fun. As James Welsh says, the tub DOES look kinda cheap with its awful washed out pink plastic (but don't let that deter you from the magic contained within!).

This has the funniest texture. It's somewhat of a bloc of gel that practically turns into water as it is worked into the skin. It doesn't fully dies down, leaves a tacky finish on the skin, which having severely oily skin myself, got me in a bit of panic initially. It is quite moisturizing and surprisingly firming with extended use. I noticed that my upper eyelid were significantly firmer reached a certain point. I find it is best used under other products and mixed in a serum which tones down the tackiness if used during the day, unless worn under makeup as I reckon it's tackiness would make for a really good primer. Haven't tried though.

I feel like it gives me a GLOW when I put it on. I appreciate how light it is and how many nourishing and hydrating ingredients are packed into it. I usually use in the AM after all my other products and before sunscreen. The consistency is super weird, looking like a gel in the tub and then quickly becoming more of a liquid consistency once your rub it in and some heat is applied.

I use this moisturiser everyday and it absorbs well, doesn’t feel sticky at all and blended well with the suncream that i use
