NAMING - Prime Fog Lip Tint - 7 Colors (x20) (Bulk Box)

colour is a nice nude brown and easy to apply, not too dark and not too light. simple application

I am in love with this brand. Not only is their packaging super aesthetic, but the quality and formula are spot on! I'm a big consumer of red lipsticks, glosses, and tints and I must say this one is in my top 5!!!

nice lightweight formula that doesn't dry out the lips, also doesn't settle into the liplines

Nothing special like any butter formula. A bit on the creamier side. I would buy if you like the colors but be aware they are a lot brighter in person.

The Naming. tint is definitely velvety and blurring on the lips. It feels very comfortable and mousy on the lips. However, I find the long-lasting claim untrue. The formula didn't last long on my lips. It is also not like other K-Beauty lip tints that leaves behind a stain after you wipe off the top layer; this is more like a traditional velvet lipstick in liquid formula. Overall, it looks very pretty on the lips. I got this in New Day and it looks MLBB on my skintone.

I bought new day and outwit. The colour is quite different from the picture.

New day is a brighter coral instead of a muted nudy beige. I use it as a base colour as it looks too pale when used alone.

Outwit is a much brighter red instead of deep brick red. I can layer two layers to get a deeper colour but I don't like the feel of the heavier moussy texture on my lips. I use this on top of new day for daily makeup.

It is quite long lasting, around three hours without eating.
It has a sweet fruity scent that is not overpowering.
It doesn't leave a stain, which I prefer.

However, it is not particularly moisturising and the texture can feel a bit thick if I put on too much.

Received within 2 weeks. Here is my review:

Formula/Texture - It’s a soft matte velvet consistency. Feels a little drying and it will definitely emphasis any dried flakes on the lips. Still good but there are other better matte formulas on the Korean market in my opinion! (3/5 ⭐️)

Fragrance/Scent - Really lovely scent that is not overwhelming. Smells like Peaches which I love! Becomes really subtle after some time and I can’t taste it on my lips when applied. (5/5⭐️)

Colour/Shade - Kinda disappointed with the shade as it is definitely super different from their marketing photos. I thought it’ll be a muted peachy beige shade that would be suitable to wear daily, but instead it is a bright (almost fluorescent) peachy coral shade on me 🥲. Personally not a shade i would reach for as i like my lipsticks/tints more muted and toned-down. If you like this type of shade (bright warm corals/peach) or your personal colour is Spring-Bright, then this is for you! (2.5/5⭐️)

Packaging - Really disappointed as well. I accidentally dropped it on the floor when unboxing it and it just broke instantly. The stopper suction part was stuck in the cap and no matter how I tried to take it out (like soaking it in hot water & pulling it out), it didn’t work. So I improvised by wrapping cling-wrap around the wand tip and the tube as I didn’t want to throw it away and buy it again! Maybe it’s just my tube that was not made properly and I was unlucky to get this ☹️. See my attached pic 😢 (2/5⭐️Only for the sleek design…)

Overall for a $16 lip tint, kinda disappointing for me. Was really looking forward to loving this as I love their blushes so much. 😭

I recommend this lip tint only if you like matte, bright, eye-catching colours!

New Day is a bright (almost fluorescent) coral, orange, slightly peachy colour.

Also forgot to mention in my previous review that the wand applicator is also one on my least favourite design as it is super thin and hard! Doesn’t feel comfortable/ hug my lips when applying the product on. There are other brands that are able to make their wand applicator much more comfortable so I hope Naming Cosmetics can change it too if they do plan to come up with other shades for this Prime Fog Lip Tint product.😕

Hope the come up more muted autumn shades! But seems highly unlikely 😕. All their current shades are very fluorescent and bright, not really my type of colours.
