It is a milky lotion consistency that doesn't take too long to soak in, and it works well over my skincare as a last step. It has a dewy finish and leaves skin looking supple and juicy. I also accidentally applied it too close to my eyes and... no burning. I was very surprised by that. Also the packaging is super sleek and looks expensive; it does not look like a cheap sunscreen bottle. It's very portable for on the go, but I have not tried it over makeup, so I have no comment on that. Would still highly recommend!

krisny11...Ottie SunscreenOctober 2, 2022This sunscreen is incredibly moisturizing. Lightweight gel-cream texture. It has a perfume scent that doesn't linger long after application. It's a chemical sunscreen, so there is no white cast.
