It does not feel as oily as expected, leaves such a smooth finish even after a gel cleanser. I find it hydrates my skin (which is combination/dry) really well. I found a little goes a long way so well worth the money.

And it's not waterproof mascara. I'm finishing the bottle by using it on the days I only have sunscreen on.
