    At the end of my shower I dry my skin and apply it to my arms, stomach, hips, thighs and calves. I leave it on for 5 minutes, it heats up, it's bearable. After rinsing, my skin is smooth. I had a little bit of cellulite that settled on my thighs, it is starting to fade

    i will rebuy this product. The fragrance is realy good and freshness. I don't have a fat in exess, i just want to manteneate my body in skinny shape. This product don't make miracles, but i sink it will help you to have a perfect body together a workout, good nutriton and positive mood

    you can feel how it heats a bit up but I guess you will see the progress just in a few weeks~ or more. but smells nice and isnt sticky or anything

    citrus scent and it products cooling heat when applying. I don’t know any significant results but do feel the burning sensation afterward.

    the lotion is good, it smelss amazing and burns slightly but it doesn't make a huge difference. i honestly like using it after a shower as it burns the most
