avabobavai'm pleasedAugust 26, 2022Firstly, my product came partially opened, and nearly 1/3 of the contents came out in the box. Yesstyle refunded me, and I'm satisfied with that resolution. They have always made things right with any issue, and I commend them on the customer service. I am a fan of the original propolis essence, and this is not even similar. This one is watery in texture. It can be a mess if you're not anticipating properly. It cools as it says, but it makes me wonder about sensitivity. It doesn't feel nourishing. The fragrance is apparent. I don't regret purchasing it and plan to finish the bottle, but at this point I don't see myself repurchasing. It certainly is no replacement for the other propolis essence. I might enjoy these qualities better in a water cream, and then I would want the fragrance cut back. Not saying it's like putting perfume on your face, so if you don't mine fragrance, you're all good! It can certainly have a place in a routine if rich propolis is too much of a layer for you.
