After cleansing, use a cotton pad to wipe toner on face, then pat gently for better absorption. - Dead skin cell care:
Take an appropriate amount of toner with a cotton pad and apply on areas with dead skin cell problems. Leave it on for 1-3 minutes and wipe off gently.

It's perfect for my oily/combo acne prone skin, and I feel like it's the only one I've tried that makes my skin feel clean after using it. I'll use it with a cotton pad and swipe it on my skin after using my cleaners, and then follow up with my other products. I definitely recommend to anyone with my kind of skin
