Usually leave on for three hours while working remotely.. Highly recommend them👍

andreeabitire...Wore it overnightNovember 16, 2020So I know they said 3-4 hours but I decided to sleep overnight with it, because I went to bed very late anyway (so I had it on for like 6 hours). I don't know about lifting because I only used it once (I don't really need lifting so it wouldn't be visible anyway), but it hydrated the skin on my jaw, neck and cheeks so well I was positively glowing the next day! Totally impressed! I do hope to find something like this for my neck lines though, I think it would really make a difference. (it does hurt the back of your ears a little it though, but it's worth it!)
