Thankfully it is cruelty free because my skin really likes it. It's hydrating, soothing, and inexpensive. It's supposed to help fade acne marks, I can't comment on that due to the fact that I use AHA's and tretinoin as well. I personally like the texture of it, but I know some people might not like the stickiness. In my opinion, although it is initially a little goopy, it sinks into the skin very well and does not pill. Will forever buy this!
