Aliceintherabbitholegreat product overallApril 23, 2024I really appreciate the full disclosure on this product; IMO, this is setting anua apart in a big way!
the product contains 0.3% retinol complex (note the TM after “nano retinol”), with disclosure that the retinol itself is at 0.11%. it also features 5% niacinamide and 0.1% ceramide.
imo, this is a good beginner level of retinol, but you might notice more in terms of results from that moderate level of niacinamide. it’s one thing I’m a bit puzzled by with anua: there’s so much niacinamide in all their products lol (so be cautious in stacking too much from the brand!) however, that is an ingredient that is well tolerated by MOST people, and that level is backed by research as well.
overall I would say this is a great serum with a beginner-friendly level of retinol -
