I have combination skin so at first, I thought by this being a "hydrating" cleanser it would leave my skin feeling a bit too moisturized, but I was wrong! While this cleanser does leave my skin moisturized and not tight or dry, it feels balanced and not overly hydrated. I also loved the scent of this, it was very fresh and nice, not too powerful and it did not irritate my skin either, i definitely recommend it!

Now that problem is solved! I've just begun using this Matcha cleanser and I am very satisfied. A very little amount goes a very long way. When applied to wet skin, a gentle foam will form. It's not really pleasant if it goes in the eyes, as it burns, but you just have to pay attention. Also, I can't smell any strong matcha smell; the fragrance is rather neutral. I bought it because of the very clean ingredient list, and to my surprise I found out that this product used to be a favorite at Olive Young! Definitely recommended for not drying the skin out and for living it squeaky clean.
