DHC - Melilot, Leg Slimming Capsule

just got it , I am going to give a month and I hope it’s good

I will be taking it in the warmer months to take more care of my legs, I always like to have a supplement like this in the summer.

the size of the pills is small so its easy to swallow, I will update later if I see any results

Upon doing a little bit of research, it looks like melilot is supposed to help with blood circulation in the legs/helps prevent the feeling of heavy legs (such as if you are constantly sitting at an office job)... so if there is any slimming effect, it will probably result from better circulation/possible less swelling in the legs.
Personally, I think this did help me somewhat. I don't think it made a major change, but I don't think it did nothing, either. In the 20 days that I took this, my legs (thighs in particular) did slim down a little, but please keep in mind that I was also exercising at the same time. I did not keep a strict diet during that time.
I'm not sure if I'm going to repurchase this, but if it goes on a good price the next time I place an order here I'll probably add this. I do have an office job where I sit a lot, so if this really does help with better circulation in the legs, it is beneficial for me.
Also, a surprising thing about this supplement is that it smells quite strongly of something like cinnamon or another kind of spice, and tastes a little of it too. If you've ever smelled a pure skincare toner made of artemisia, this is actually quite close. It's not unpleasant, but just a surprise if you're used to supplements that don't smell or taste like anything.
Please do not expect miracles from this supplement alone! Combined with diet and exercise, this may help in achieving slimmer legs.
