cloudberryGood vitamin B complexAugust 28, 2023This is quite a good vitamin B complex. I've been taking it consistently for the past few weeks and I think it's helped with my energy levels. I'm used to taking vitamin b complex tablets from western brands (as that is more accessible to me where I'm from) and I think they work just as well. As with other vitamin B complex tablets, this helps me to not feel as exhausted during my daily busy life as I would be without taking them.
For this particular vitamin B complex, you have to take 2 tablets a day for the ideal dosage, which can be kind of a bother instead of just drinking it once a day. So that's something to consider if you don't like taking pills more than once a day.
I do appreciate how this pack contains a 60-day supply rather than this company's strange usual 20-day supply packets for nearly all their supplements. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue purchasing this particular vitamin B complex in the future, as I can find similarly effective vitamin B tablets locally. -
