If I apply it with Beaty blender, it provides much thinner and slightly better coverage but still can emphasise the driest spots of my face - chin and wings of my nose. That happens after skin prep with different kind of products underneath, I tried to switch but nothing changed. But overall it looks very nice and feels indeed moisturising to the rest of the face. BTW, 13 shades suits perfectly cool toned pale skin
