In Ramadan I didn't move a lot i mostly stayed home and I didn't cut out on sweets and other snacks and when I saw my weight after Ramadan I had lost 0,5 kg that's actually really good🫢✨️✨️✨️ it usually takes me like 2 months or a month and a half to get rid of that much weight. P.s it kinda helped me with my period. +p.s I used the powder for the drink (use hot water for it and it weight tastes weird at first) and the two pills at night( the pills at first look big but it's OK take it one by one and ur fine)

Savana 078it’s okApril 23, 2024it’s nice and helps but the taste isn’t my favourite like everyone says. I’m not a sweet tooth so if u aren’t aswell you’ll be a bit bothered on the sweetness so it’s like drinking lemonade but bombed in vitamins
