Yu Ting HongSeems beneficial but..January 12, 2024It's too pricey for me to use it as directed, twice daily. I take it now daily or every other day and it's going quite fast. I love the packaging and I will use it for other vitamins I take.
As far as benefits, as someone who has lost 30kg over 2 years and is still working on her weight / health, I can attest that the week when I took these diligently, I lost about 1kg more than the week I didn't, but I cannot assure you that this is universal
I also would like to do more research into all the benefits before I reorder or try other variants! -

shelgrn+November 6, 2023they smell strongly, but they make the work, i go to the WC so often, and im feeling better, i had stomach issues, before i barely go to the WC twice a week. And i lost 0.8kg in 3 & half days (i'm eating 3 times per day too but i dont exercise).
