Francesca Hoey#01 Pine ConeMay 31, 2018As a person who isn't the biggest fan of the statement black liner, preferring that of a more natural finish, as well as having no skill when it comes to applying (gel, pencil or liquid) liner, i can say that this product is a lifesaver! The colour (#1 pine cone) is a soft brown colour and leaves a very muted line, it almost comes across as natural shadow (when applied at the outer/inner-corners of the eyes) or as naturally thick eyelashes (when applied around the waterline area). The pencil itself is very small, only at a few MM in length, making application precise and easy (notably since as stated, i suck at applying eyeliner). The formula as well isn't to hard on the sensitive eye area ( I would still recommend to warm it up on the back of the hand as an extra precaution, regardless), the formula also is very quick drying as i found out when i was testing the pencils drawing abilities on the back of my hand and my sister decided to smudge it almost instantly after i had drawn it, to our surprise it didn't budge an inch and easily came off with make-up remover. Another testament to this eyeliners staying power is that even though its hey-fever season (here in the UK) and my eyes are very sensitive and watery like all the time, i didn't experience any noticeable smudging! *thumbs up*
Basically, Innisfree prevailed yet again in terms of their eyeliners, i am very interested to purchase other shades of this product and therefore would recommend this to eyeliner others :D -
