Gail Eriksson HallbergVery disappointed!October 13, 2021I was really looking forward to receiving this cream and editera for a very long time without receiving it. Eventually, I tracked the shipment and the information there was that the shipment har been returned dirextly after arriving in my country. The postal agency told me that the shipment lacker the nevessary customs declaration, which is a pretty big mistake, and could therefore not pass customs, and had to be returned to the sender. I tried contacting YesStyle about it but they claimed that I had received the shipment, which is just not true at all. This was quite an expensive item, so it feels really awful to lose that amount and not receive any product. I have previously purchased many items from YesStyle but now I am extremely disappointed in them and will not purchase further items until either my money is refunded or I receive the ordered product.
