It’s almost gel like when you first put it in your hands but when you rub it on your face it start’s to feel like a normal toner. If you have sensitive skin, this does contain Vitamin C that could irritate or make your skin red. That being said, please do a splotch test on your hand or a small area on your face to see if you are compatible with it. Overall, I can’t wait to see how well this works for me thanks!

The toner pads were calming and helped to fade some of my PIH so I'm hoping this toner will do the same. It's a pretty thick serum, which I like since I have dry skin. I've only used it once so far but so far it's hydrating and plumping and has not caused any irritation or acne breakouts.
