Willow#20 ocherNovember 5, 2023I heard so many positive things about this foundation and decided to try it. WOW I am so impressed!! This foundation is almost on par with Cle de Peu, but less expensive. For reference, I have combination skin (dry and sometimes flaky around cheeks and chin area but very oily and shiny on the forehead). I've worn this foundation throughout the year in 4 seasons and didn't have any problems with dryness. It doesn't crack or look cakey when my skin is dry. My skin does get slightly oily in summer and the foundation doesn't melt or get dissolved with sebum! In fact, it looks even better after that (like Korean glass skin)! The texture is quite watery. I have tried applying it with both beauty blender and cushion sponge. I find that cushion sponge gives my skin more coverage and is able to blur out my pores and acne scars (icepick and boxcar) better. It also doesn't oxidise and turn yellow/gray at the end of the day. As for coverage, I would say it's a medium. It manages to cover acne. However, I'm shocked at how good it fills and covers pores and scars!! My pores and most acne scars are 80% covered after 1.5 pumps on the entire face. And with powder they're barely visible when viewed in conversation distance. I initially got #10 ocher and it was a bit pale on me. But I love this foundation so much I got a second bottle in a darker shade. Be warned, this foundation runs very white. 10/10 points for this foundation!!
