I have tried many tonor/essences to maintain hydration, but the Skin 1004 Pro-Bio Cica is like a long cool drink of water for the skin. It absorbs deeply and you can feel the hydration persists even after the surface starts to dry.

It is thicker & more viscous than their other toners and I find it to be a lot more hydrating. It works well with all of my other skincare products and I have never had any irritation issues . This essence toner will beone of my holy grails for a long time. I strongly recommend others to try it at least once...trust me, you won't be disappointed!!!
