faryarepurchasing thisMarch 27, 2024i bought one in 2020 and loved it as it lasts really well in hot humid days . i got the shade V2 this time which is a perfect match for my skin color. it just looks like second skin. this is slightly on the matte side so it is better to moisturize/hydrate the skin before use overall 10/10 from me

NinaV02- my perfect match !December 16, 2023let me describe this foundation the best way I can- it is like using a foundation and then setting spray. except in this case, the finish is without a setting spray. I don’t have to use a primer when I apply this foundation (primers usually break me out) the foundation sticks to the face so well even after 6 hours, the foundation around my nose fades beautifully at the end of the day without looking like it’s cracking. it doesn’t stick to dry patches either (of course prepping the skin properly helps)
for reference, if the Clio mesh glow cushion in linen lightens/ brightens your skin very slightly then v02 will match you perfectly- like second skin -
sammibest. semi matte foundation.December 7, 2023i’ve tried like 12 korean foundations in my lifetime and this one is hands down the BEST!!! although the coverage is pretty good, it still looks very natural on the skin!! however it is semi matte so make sure to have exfoliated skin before wearing this foundation! i use shade A02 and it’s slightly pink toned but it still looks natural on the skin. but keep in mind A02 is still pretty a pretty light shade!!!

ShannonGreat replacement for Perfecting LastDecember 6, 2023I was a devoted user of the Perfecting Last foundation that came before, easily 10+ bottles worth, but this seems to have replaced it. I’ve worn it daily for a few weeks now and I’ve found that it’s just as good, so that’s a relief! I’ve always compared VDL foundation favorably with foundations that I’ve tried that are twice the price, and this one’s no different. Nice coverage without being too heavy, sets nicely with powder but can be touched up, doesn’t dry orange. It’s still the best foundation I’ve ever used.

LillyGreat as a mid-range foundationNovember 19, 2023I bought VDL and Espoir to compare, and I prefer VDL because it stays on my face well. However, it doesn't make my skin look any better, not worse either. I heard that this VDL foundation is a dupe of the Sulwhasoo foundation. I have the Sulwhasoo foundation which definitely makes my skin looks prettier. VDL is not a dupe.

minniezooGood formulaNovember 10, 2023The formula is light weight yet high coverage. Too bad I got the wrong shade :( I think the shade range is definitely lighter than average for Korean foundations. But the formula is great so I'm considering getting it in a darker shade.

Vanda OpatovaVDL - Cover Stain Perfecting Foundation - V03October 26, 2023I'm happy that VDL foundations are back. I bought mine in shade V03, it has slightly yellow undertone. Shade is little bit lighter than my skin tone (warm beige or 23), but still pretty. My skin is sometimes dry, someatimes combo, I use toner and very good moisturizer under makeup. It works with VDL really well.

RubyFinally back..October 13, 2023The foundation is been out of order for a while. I have been waiting for it as I don't switch to other brands - testing other brands but am not satisfied at all. The new version is great - still the same! Perfect. Color is good, smooth on the skin, doesn't dry out and perfect used with other VDL products. Highly recommend!
