PerriNo irritating feeling!March 1, 2022I got this because of the size of bottle and the fact that it has no alcohol. I have oily skin and sometimes the cleanser I use dries my skin out so this toner helps prep my skin by bringing some soothing moisture back. I just pour it into my hands and pat it into my skin before my serum. Its really light and no added fragrances. It has alot of interesting ingredients plus I'm happy it will last me a while.
