I purchased this due to owning a mascara that was particularly difficult to remove. It surpassed my expectations and I wish I'd bought it sooner! I have used it to remove a variety of mascaras from various brands and it's removed all of them with ease. I'll never be without this again as it makes mascara removal so easy.

i dont know what kind of magic they put in here but i will keep purchasing again and again. it works so well at removing stubborn mascara, i use it for other mascara and heavy eye makeup too, not just heroine product. its very gentle on the eyes and you dont have to rub hard at all. my favorite

IDK what magic they put in this but this get all of the mascara, using is easy, just applay some, wait a while and spread this with the cotton, i love it

This mascara remover is amazing! It will take off any waterproof mascara so easily, with no need for harsh rubbing or waiting a long time. I just apply it to my lashes before using cleansing oil, by the time I have taken off the rest of my makeup with the cleansing oil this has completely broken down my mascara. I honestly assumed it wouldn't be much different than using a cleansing oil, but this is an absolute must have product for me now that I have tried it!

there is nothing like this mascara remover, it just melts it off so you dont loose any lashes. i put it on before i use oil cleanser on my whole face

If you have one of those mascaras that don’t move with any remover and barely come off with dual phase type removers this is your answer! This thing melts them like nothing and has a great convenient applicator. No more smudges, flakes and flat lashes and super easy removal with this as a companion to any such mascara. Has no scent. Dispose just as frequently too to be on a save sanitary side.

this product is perfect for removing waterproof mascara especially the super waterproof ones from the same brand. i have repurchased this many times already and will continue to do so in the future!

If you were waterproof mascara, get it. For your sake. It makes taking off mascara so ridiculously easy that it makes me wonder why mascara removers are not popular in the US. Plus, I’ve used it a lot and I see no end in sight.
